Professor Minelle Mahtani wins 2012 Glenda Laws Award

Professor Minelle Mahtani of the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Toronto Scarborough is the winner of the 2012 Glenda Laws Award, given by the Association of American Geographers and endorsed by the Institute of Australian Geographers, the Canadian Association of Geographers and the Institute of British Geographers. The award recognizes early-to-mid career scholars for outstanding contributions to geographic research on social issues.
