Professor Ray Jayawardhana, Astronomy & Astrophysics, has been selected to participate in the 2013 Arctic Circle Program, an annual expeditionary residency program which provides scientists and artists an opportunity to interact and collaborate aboard a sailing vessel in the Arctic.

Professor Ron Deibert, Munk School of Global Affairs

Citizen Lab Director, Professor Ron Deibert, is the 2013 recipient of the Partners In Research Technology Ambassador Award. This award recognizes Deibert’s outstanding contributions to communications technology, and education and outreach activities, which have contributed to enhanced public understanding of the benefits of communications research and technology development. The Technology Ambassador Award will be presented at the inaugural Partners In Research National Awards Event, which will be held on the evening of Sunday, June 2, 2013 in London, Canada.
